Select Select View or change existing e-mail accounts., then click Next:
Select you mail account and click Change:
Under Logon Information, the User Name must be changed to the format name@yourdomain.co.za. Incoming and Outgoing mail server must be set to: pop.itdirect.co.za (port: 110 with StartTLS) and smtp.itdirect.co.za (port: 587 with StartTLS)
Click More Settings. Select the Outgoing Server tab. Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, and Use same settings as my incoming mail server:
Select the Advanced tab. Ensure all text boxes are not ticked.
